Our water and wine

Our body pumps 1400 litres of water through our brain every day. Because alcohol reduces this effect, mineral water is ideal with wine! Water with a sparkle of carbon dioxide is perfect for a sweet fruity wine. If the wine has a more acidic note, like a Riesling, then Gasteiner natural or mild would be best.
As a rule, the less acidic the wine, the more sparkling the water should be!
